As a member of Bow Valley Credit Union, you have a say in how our credit union is governed by nominating candidates and voting in our annual director election and on any resolutions proposed. An informed and engaged membership is the goal of every credit union and something that sets us apart from other financial institutions.

In order to attend our AGM, you'll need to register in advance (no later than February 6th at midnight).
Please note that your registration is case sensitive.

BVCU's AGM will be held virtually on February 10, 2026 at 4:00pm, including voting to fill 4 Director-At-Large positions [(3) three positions being a 3 year term each, and (1) one position being a 2 year term].

The following is an a list of the 8 candidates (listed alphabetically) that the Nomination Committee has put forward for the election:

    • Darrell Komick
    • Simon Neigum
    • Kimberly Orlesky

The Process:
All candidates are on one ballot to membership.

The 3 candidates with the most votes will each become a Director-At-Large with a 3 year term. The Candidates with the fourth most votes will have a Director-At-Large 2 year term. The Candidates with the fewest votes will not be elected.
