Canada Post mail disruption

Please be aware that the following will be delayed during a Canada Post mail disruption:

Paper monthly statements and anything sent through the mail (debit cards, credit cards, etc)
Collabria Credit Card statements sent by mail

Nov 5, 2025 POS/ATM Service Disruption

We have been made aware of an ATM/POS outage whereby some members have had transactions duplicated, and BVCU is working hard with our service provider to identify the outages. However, in the meantime if you are experiencing any difficulties in this regard, please contact your branch for immediate support.
We apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

Member Security Fee

October 15th: this annual fee of $3.75 is being charged to our members who have online banking. It covers the enhanced security measure in place to protect our membership against risking cyber threats, phishing, and other fraudulent activity. We encourage our members to remain vigilant in protecting their information to ensure the most is being done to protect against external security threats.
