Effective today, our Canmore branch is open Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm.
As with all our branches, safety protocols are being followed as we work to keep the health of our members and staff a top priority.
Update: Airdrie Kingsview Branch is Open (June 10, 2020)
Effective today, our Airdrie Kingsview branch is open Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm.

Update: Branch Reopening Extended (June 4, 2020)
Effective today, our Banff Branch is returning to normal hours and will be open Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm.
Starting on Monday, June 8th, our Airdrie Cooper’s Town, Cochrane, and Sage Branches will be open Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm.
Our Airdrie Kingsview and Canmore Branches remain open by appointment only.
The safety standards and protocol as set out in our June 1st update remain in place, and we are dedicated to keeping our staff and members safe. If you prefer to not visit in branch, we are happy to assist you over the phone, through online and mobile banking, and our network of ATMs.
Update: Limited Branch Reopening (June 1, 2020)
Effective today, our Airdrie Cooper's Town, Banff, and Cochrane Branches are reopening daily from 10:00am to 2:00 pm. Outside these hours, banking is available by appointment only.
We want you to know that you can count on our commitment to safety while getting the same great service that you expect from BVCU. The next time you are in branch you can expect to see our safety protocols which are in keeping our goal of maintaining everyone's wellbeing. We want you to feel as safe and comfortable as possible when you visit us.
Limited Entry: to respect physical distancing, we are limiting our members to having 2 in a branch at a time. You will be met by a greeter at the front entrance.
Plexi-shields: we have installed plexiglass barriers at the frontline counters to provide additional protection for everyone.
Distance Queues: all high-traffic areas will use physical distancing markers to ensure 2 meters of space between members. As a further precaution, movement will follow a one-way traffic flow, helping minimize people passing each other where physical distancing isn't possible.
Increased Sanitization: we continue to enforce heightened sanitization practices which includes hand sanitizer upon entry, disinfecting pens between use, and responsible handing of documents.
Our Airdrie Kingsview, Canmore, and Sage branches remain open to the public by appointment only.
If you aren't comfortable visiting us in person or unable to do so, we are happy to assist you online and over the phone.

For the health & safety of our community and staff, we will be serving members by appointment only, with the exception of Cooper's Town which is closed to the public. To make an appointment, please contact your branch.
Before booking an appointment to visit one of our locations, please consider our various ways to bank. We are happy to talk over the phone about how to best use these services. ATMs are available at all locations and we encourage members to use online and mobile banking as well. Night deposits will continue to be processed.

Our Cooper’s Town Branch is closed to the public due to suspected COVID-19, for the safety of our staff and members until further notice. Should you need banking assistance beyond online or telephone banking, please visit our Kingsview Branch (1600 Market Street SE, Airdrie).

Branch hours are 10:00 am – 2:00 pm. Beyond these hours, in-branch services are by appointment only between the hours of 2:00 pm and 5:00 pm.

As COVID-19 continues to impact our communities, I want to share an update as we are striving to keep our members, our staff, and our communities safe.
Our mobile and online banking solutions are available to you anytime from anywhere, 24/7. Whether you need to deposit a cheque, transfer funds between accounts, check your balance or pay a bill, our mobile app and online banking provide you the flexibility to do so from the safety and comfort of your home. Also, our ATMs are operating normally, for use at your convenience. With Alberta having declared a state of public health emergency, we would ask that you limit your in-person visits to our branches unless it is absolutely necessary until it is safe to do so again. We reaffirm our commitment to being here for you and to answer any questions you may have.

With the rapidly-changing events surrounding COVID-19 (also known as coronavirus) continuing to dominate the news, as a Bow Valley Credit Union member, you may have questions.

Guided by the advice provided by the government, we are taking sensible precautions against the spread of the virus.
